Extend Cafés is thrilled to announce its second annual Extend Conference. The dream and vision of this conference is to bring together café owners, managers, and team members with the purpose of networking, training, and inspiration.
Extend Conference 2025, held in State College, PA, attracted nearly 200 attendees. The event featured a keynote session by Marcus Beiler of Paradise Energy Solutions on Kingdom business and team dynamics, a panel discussion by managers from four different cafés on the Traits of a Flourishing Café, as well as a coffee tasting session led by brothers, Wesley and Nevin Atkinson of Sowers Harvest Café. Attendees enjoyed ample time for conversations over amazing coffee and delicious food, connecting with others in the industry who run Kingdom-focused businesses.
We are excited to elevate this year's experience with a lineup of incredible speakers who have extensive experience in hospitality. In addition to plenary sessions, we will offer various breakout sessions and hands-on workshops for in-depth discussions on specific topics allowing attendees to learn directly from experts in the industry. We will also feature a vendor floor where businesses can showcase their products and services to our cafés.
