Co-founder, Member of the Exec Team
Joe and his wife Doreen own Coronation Café in downtown Amherst, MA. He can usually be found there on Fridays and Saturdays, welcoming people at the counter or running the grill frying omelettes and egg patties. He spent the last 20 years working in shed construction and excavation. He enjoys hiking with some or all of his 8 children. Reading is also a favorite hobby and he is often in the middle of 2 or 3 books. His favorite drink from Coronation Cafe is a hot cappuccino with a little housemade vanilla syrup in it. And a breakfast sandwich favorite? The chili crisp egg sandwich can’t be beat. The chili crisp is house made and just the right amount of spice to it. He is an English speaker.

Bryant Martin is from State College PA where he lives with his wife and 7 children. He grew up in central PA and was involved in a family landscape business. Upon moving to State College in 2015 he began working for All-Nations Bible Translation and that same year launched (his wife Lynelle had a huge part) Sowers Harvest Café to reach out to the local community and Penn State University with the vision of being an Kingdom embassy of Jesus in State College. He is passionate about using cafe spaces (a non anxious faithful presence) to advance the bleeding edge of the Kingdom. He loves a good book, a great cup of coffee and engaging conversations (in English). He always orders the Buffalo Chicken Grillatilla and Vermont Woods Latte at Sowers.
