What is Extend Conference?

Extend Conference is an annual event bringing together cafés from all over the world. If you are considering starting a café, currently working in or operating a café, or have a serious interest in hospitality-as-lifestyle, this event is for you.

 

You'll have the opportunity to learn from passionate hospitality leaders, network with businesses on the vendor floor, and connect with others in the café community. You will leave the day inspired and better equipped to be a catalyst for Kingdom extension in your community. Join us!

Extend Conference 2026 broke new ground with the debut of its very first vendor floor — and it did not disappoint. Small, local businesses along with bigger names in the coffee/food world set up shop, bringing their products, services, and stories, connecting with over 300 attendees throughout the day.

FAQs

  • Registration opens November 1, 2026. Join our mailing list to get notified.

  • Since this is a business conference, we recommend 16+. There is no child ticket pricing or provided childcare.

    1. Here are a few hotel recommendations. Wyndham Garden (5 minutes to venue), Super 8 (8 minutes to venue), Courtyard (9 minutes to venue), Ramada (10 minute to venue)

  • We recommend that you use Uber or Lyft or get a rental car. Enterprise Rent-A-Car

  • No, none of the event will be livestreamed. We will post some sessions on Extend Cafes youtube channel after the event. https://www.youtube.com/@ExtendCafes

  • Yes we will provide special food according to your dietary restriction, as long as it is noted on your registration.

    1. 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    1. There will be coffee and pastries available over breakfast. Lunch will be provided. 

    1. Yes, you can decide to go to a different breakout session than what you selected on the day of.

  • Business Casual

  •  No, we can check you in by name, however, you will want to have the email accessible in case there is a complication.

  • You will get a full refund if you add Purchase Protection to your registration. If you select no, you will not get a refund. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@extendcafes.com.

    1. Yes, a group discount automatically applies when you bring a group of 5 or more.
